Start with body weight until you are able to perform the exercise with complete core stability then progress to dumbbells. Every single DG’er I work with executes this exercise every single session. I good hunt would be finding old Quest At and making only legal molds from Company like 10 meter a 21.1--21 cm diameter rim disc where rim was exactly like a Comet only made as a putter and a few dimpled drivers sold well from company Also a 10 meter brick sold well and if made in a durable Champion or Star plastic mold would sell well as some people loved mold for spin only putting in all but plastic as disc could shatter in baseline, also a new Quest At company in 2010's was making discs in an all champion plastic with worst flashing ever on some discs where 10 meer brick was in a Champion plastic only floppier hen an Aerobe Dogobie and Aerobie kids catch disc.

Had a Juju for so many years now, just never let it go, last few years got it out of the closet, played a round with it for nostalgic purposes, found the second thumb hole to be spot on, and never looked back, this disc fits so perfect in the hand and flies like you want. You made an excellent decision sir !

I still have some snipers and bombs. Some of my favorites early disc's. I started in 1998.

Hey Scott, I heard what you said about your discs and testing for flight numbers. Any chance you and Simon could partner up and test discs using his ditto robot? I would love your thoughts and feedback, plus I think this could be beneficial for the future of disc golf as it’s a step toward possible standardization of disc golf flight numbers. I have lots of thoughts on the subject but thought I would ask your input.

Ever think about trying to bring back LIghtning? A lot of people don't know how their owner had to fight Innova in court for there to be the disc market we see today. They had some solid molds, they were just always done in baseline plastic and got left behind, but they didn't upcharge for glow discs which was awesome.

Ordered my owl super early this morning

I still have my old ching sniper. Indont use it just because of how old it is and i dont want ti loose it. Still a grate flip up mid. It is in a dx type plastic!
